Stanislawow (Ivano-Frankivs’k), occupied Ukraine. Approximate translation: [On Friday 22 October 1943 volunteers should come to Stanislawow to fight against the enemy of the Ukraine, Jews Bolsheviks of Moscow. They will stay there for a week. During the week, 24 October in Hitler Square there will be a festive farewell of the volunteers (mentions managers of the Stanislawow region.) This notice is directed to all the Ukrainian state to come to the festive farewell and to decorate their houses with national flags to make it more festive. There will be a march of volunteers.
