NotesRabbi Moses R. Friedman performed his first circumcision on his son, Joseph in 1923. He was associated with several Congregations in Dover, Delaware and Leighton, Coatesville and York, Pennsylvania between 1919 and 1953. Rabbi Friedman was born November 1898 in Jerusalem and died in the United States on December 9, 1972. Rabbi Friedman was the father of the donor.
