Object Description“Hachomah: [the wall] Inyenei Bitachon V’Haganah [issues of security and self-defense]” printed newsletter in Hebrew, dated Aug. 13, 1946, transcript of a Kol Yisrael radio program. The text declares that the British army and the Labor government has shown its true colors, fighting not against Jewish terrorism but against Jewish self-determination and desire for independence. The essay accuses Britain of selling its obligation to set up a Jewish National Home in Palestine on the Arab market, blockading Palestine and keeping Jews in camps in Europe, preventing their immigration. The Jewish “extremists” are proud of all their efforts in illegal immigration and vow to continue their fight.Keywords
