Five column newpaper format with headline: Causes of the disturbance of security. A quote from the Zionist thinker, Berl Katznelson about interpreting Palestinian self-defense as self-defense for the entire Jewish people, is boxed at top left, parallel with the newsletter title. The article is an essay about the involvement of the Arabs in the security situation in Palestine, their training and arms supply by the British, and the need to be prepared to respond to organized, country-wide Arab terrorism.Keywords
